second-biggest cellular operator, Vimpelcom, the bank said on. The five-year credit will be used to extend
Vimpelcom's GSM services and mobile telecoms networks in Russian regions, Sberbank said. In April, worsening market
conditions forced Vimpelcom to postpone a $300 million eurobond aimed at financing its $981 million capital expenditure
