its new head of Hedge Fund Investments. In his new role, Mr Grauberg will oversee the management of Absolute
Capital's hedge fund products and be responsible for the design and development of other products. Mr Grauberg has
previously held senior asset management positions in Russia, Scandinavia, the UK and Switzerland where he created and
managed customised portfolios of hedge funds, Absolute Capital said. "Andrew's quantitative techniques will
allow us to screen more hedge funds than previously and to selectively carry out further research and due diligence
allowing us to cover more ground more efficiently," Absolute Capital Group Ltd managing director Deon Joubert. Mr
Joubert said the appointment was part of a plan to grow the group's investment team further in coming months and
that the involvement of ABN AMRO was allowing the group to make longer term decisions. "Growing our team will allow
us to produce better products and add further depth to our resource base," Mr Joubert said. AAP
