from steel company Severstal against the Russian Antimonopoly Policy Ministry.
The plaintiff wants the court to quash the ministry's ruling of January 14, an Interfax correspondent
reports.
On January 14, the ministry found Magnitogorsk Iron & Steel Works and Severstal in breach of anti-monopoly
