Severstal vs. Russian Antimonopoly Ministry case adjourned to May 27
MOSCOW. May 24 (Interfax) - Moscow's Arbitration Court adjourned on Monday until may 27 hearings of the suit from steel company Severstal against the Russian Antimonopoly Policy Ministry. The plaintiff wants the court to quash the ministry's ruling of January 14, an Interfax correspondent reports. On January 14, the ministry found Magnitogorsk Iron & Steel Works and Severstal in breach of anti-monopoly legislation and told them to cease transgressing the Competition Law.
