MTS increases share in AO MTS-Nizhny Novgorod to 100%
MOSCOW. May 21 (Interfax) - OAO Mobile TeleSystems (MTS) has increases its stake in ZAO Mobile TeleSystems - Nizhny
Novgorod from 65% to 100%, the company said in a statement.
This 35% stake in the company previously belonged to private investors. The cost of the deal was not divulged.
MTS management has repeatedly declared its interest in increasing its stake in regional subsidiaries to 100%. [RU
