Tax Ministry in its effort to have overturned a ruling suspending the ministry's efforts to get 99.4 billion rubles
in unpaid taxes, fines and penalties from oil major Yukos.
The ministry accuses Yukos of tax avoidance via so-called internal offshores. On April 14, the ministry completed at
tax review of Yukos's tax payments for 2000, and ordered the company to pay 99,375,538,234 rubles in back taxes,
