against a high-ranking official in the Russian Federal Property Fund accused of bribe-taking.
"The Prosecutor General Office's branch for the South Federal District has finished its investigation and
sent to court a criminal case against Ruslan Sungurov, director of the southern regional privatization department of the
Russian Federal Property Fund," Deputy Prosecutor General Sergei Fridinsky told Interfax on Friday.
Sungurov, who has been charged with taking a $6,000 bribe, has been "put under arrest," Fridinsky said. [RU
