Khakassia head promises to pay miners` wage arrears
MOSCOW. May 21 (Interfax) - Alexei Lebed, head of Siberia's internal republic of Khakassia, has promised to pay all accumulated wage arrears to miners from the Yeniseiskaya mine currently on strike, State Duma Speaker Boris Gryzlov said after meeting with Lebed on Friday.
