quarter 2004 financial results on Thursday, May 27, 2004, at 6:30 p.m. Moscow time (10:30 a.m. EDT). The conference call
will be hosted by Alexander Izosimov, Chief Executive Officer. He will be joined by Elena Shmatova, Chief Financial
