Onishchenko has told Russian Ekho Moskvy radio.
After the trip to Groznyy of the government delegation headed by Minister of Economic Development German Gref, it was
decided to review the list of institutions to be restored.
"Outside of TV coverage Gref visited Hospital No 9 where the victims of the [9 May] terrorist attack are being
treated, as well as republican maternity home No 1, which had not yet been restored, although the republic has a very
high birth rate", Onishchenko said.
"There are a great deal of problems related to public health in Groznyy," he said. "No work to restore
water supplies, sewers or housing is going on".
