Oil prices now at 21-year high
Oil prices surged beyond the levels seen in the 1990 Gulf War with US light crude touching USD41.50 at the end of last week, the highest price for 21 years. Warnings from a Russian official that Russian output was now at its limit gave prices the final upward twist.
