Group Menatep announces appointment of new directors
MOSCOW. May 14 (Interfax) - Group Menatep announced the appointment of three new managing directors who will jointly manage the operations of the company following the death of Stephen Curtis. The Group - an international diversified holding company that controls assets in excess of $30 billion, including a substantial stake in the Yukos oil company - said in a press-release that the three, namely Kevin Bromley, Nicholas Keeling and Tim Osborne, would assume the responsibility for all matters relating to the day-to-day operation of Group Menatep and the financial interests of its shareholders. Kevin Bromley is Director of IFG International Limited an Isle of Man trust company. Nicholas Keeling is a Gibraltar-based solicitor representing a corporate director. Tim Osborne is senior partner of Wiggin Osborne Fullerlove, an English law firm specialising in international tax. Stephen Curtis, the former managing director, was killed in a helicopter accident near London on March 4. He replaced Platon Lebedev, who is on trial for allegedly causing $1.5 billion in damages to the state, in November last year. [RU ASIA EUROPE EEU EMRG ENR CRU BNK CORA GB CRIM] pr
