Azerbaijan to purchase 100 combine-harvesters
Russia's Rostselmash plant plans to deliver a hundred Niva-Effect combine-harvesters to Azerbaijan through the Ministry of Agriculture by the end of this month, Yevgeni Volkov, Deputy General Director of the Rostselmash Trade House, said in an exhibition of agricultural equipment opened in Ujar District of Azerbaijan on May 11. Volkov noted that on the first day of the exhibition the Russian plant received about twenty orders from local farmers for Niva-Effect, Don-680 and new Vector combine-harvesters. He underlined that work on concrete mechanisms for their delivering to Azerbaijan was underway. There are about 4,000 combine-harvesters, which were manufactured at the Rostselmash plant, in the country.
