Building worker arrested by Chechen police investigating Groznyy stadium blast
Groznyy, 14 May: A building worker who took part in repairs to the Dinamo stadium has been arrested in Chechnya on suspicion of involvement in the 9 May terrorist attack in Groznyy, a spokesman for the Chechen Interior Ministry has told RIA-Novosti. "Police arrested Lom-Ali Chupayev, who took part in repair work at Groznyy's Dinamo stadium, at Akhazurovo village in Urus-Martanovskiy District," the spokesman told the agency. A range of operational measures are now being conducted with the arrested individual, as he put it.
