Russian president`s deputy envoy to southern Russia appointed
Moscow, 11 May: Head of the presidential administration Dmitriy Medvedev has signed a decree appointing Oleg Zhidkov deputy plenipotentiary representative of the Russian president in the Southern Federal District, the presidential press service told RIA. [In its later report at 0627 on 11 May RIA, Moscow, in Russian, said that Zhidkov was head of Groznyy's administration in 2001 - 2003.]
