07 May 2004 23:46 Russia posts federal surplus of 0.7% of GDP in 4 mths MOSCOW. May 7 (Interfax) - Russia had a federal budget surplus of 32.54 billion rubles or 0.7% of forecast GDP for
the period, the Finance Ministry told Interfax.
Federal budget revenues were 964.95 billion rubles and expenditures 932.41 billion rubles.
The primary surplus was an estimated 113.4 billion rubles or 2.4% of GDP.
