Reconstruction and Development for highway construction, Finance Minister Alexei Kudrin proposed at a government meeting
Thursday.
World Bank and EBRD loans are currently financing the construction of a ring road around St. Petersburg and the
Chita-Khabarovsk highway, he said. "We would suggest the budget be adjusted this year and propose that credit lines
envisaged for two to three years be used in 12 to 18 months," he said.
