one of the biggest oil markets in the world.
Antrim-based Fast Engineering working in conjunction with Dutch partners, has been awarded the supply of vital
pollution cleanup equipment in a deal worth pounds 140,000 to Transneft, the major Russian pipeline operator.
In addition, the company is also shortlisted for the even bigger Baku - Tbilisi - Ceyhen Pipeline which will take oil
from the Caspian Sea to the Mediterranean, avoiding the use of tanker transport.

This latest contract will allow Fast Engineering to tap into the vast potential of the Russian market. Supplying to
customers in remote locations comes naturally to Fast Engineering, with exports outside the UK accounting for around 80
per cent of sales.

equipment in a wide range of emergencies and relief operations across the globe.
Fast Engineering, established in 1981 to meet the requirements of the UN Decade of Water and Sanitation, also plans
to expand in response to growing customer demand for its innovative products.
