Russia: Finance Ministry releases data on foreign debt payments
Russia has paid out almost 6.5bn dollars since the start of the year on its foreign debt obligations, according to the Russian ministry of Finance. The payments go to official creditors, banks, firms and international organizations. In all, Russia is due to pay out in excess of 16bn dollars this year on servicing and paying its foreign debts.
