Russia, 2 Koreas to discuss railway project
MOSCOW. April 27 (Interfax) - Russia, South Korea and North Korea plan talks on Wednesday on a project to modernize the Trans-Korean Railway and link it up to the Russian Trans-Siberian Railway, the Russian Railways company told Interfax. Representatives of the three countries foreign ministries' and railways agencies will discuss funding the project and talks about a plan to set up a consortium to run it.
