Russia makes due payment to IMF to settle debt
Moscow, 29 April: On Thursday, 29 April, in line with the schedule, the Russian Finance Ministry paid a routine installment on Russia's debt owed to the International Monetary Fund (IMF). The Finance Ministry told RIA that the payment had amounted to 85,853,400 dollars. This is the third, and the last but one payment to be made in April. The fourth and final payment to be made this month has been scheduled for 30 April. Russia will have to pay to the IMF this year a total of 1.7bn dollars.
