MOSCOW -- Sergei Chemezov was appointed as head of the state-owned arms dealer Rosoboronexport on Wednesday, Interfax reported. The appointment by President Vladimir Putin was widely expected. Chemezov replaces Andrei Belyaninov, who earlier this month was put in charge of the Federal Service for Defense Procurement.
