Russian plane to deliver aid to N. Korea Monday or Tuesday
MOSCOW. April 28 (Interfax) - A Russian Emergency Situations Ministry plane will airlift humanitarian aid to North Korea at the beginning of next week, the Ministry says. "In the second phase, the exact dates of which have yet to be clarified," Russia plans to supply North Korea with "The departure of an Emergency Situations Ministry Il-76 cargo plane is scheduled for Monday or Tuesday.
