VIMPELCOM TO BUY $60 MLN IN NOKIA EQUIPMENT
MOSCOW. April 21 (Interfax) - Vimpelcom, a major Russian mobile phone services provider, is to buy $60 million worth of Nokia GSM/GRPS equipment to develop its network in Russia's northwest and central regions. Vimpelcom operates under the BeeLine trade mark and has over 13.2 million subscribers.
