Irkut buys 75% of Yakovlev design bureau
MOSCOW. April 21 (Interfax) - OAO Ikrut Scientific Production Corporation has completed the acquisition of 75.46% of shares in the Yakovlev design bureau, using funds from a recent share placement - or over $50 million, a source close to the company told Interfax. The source said that the Yakovlev shares are already registered as the company's property and the deal itself will be included in the company's reports for the second quarter.
