20 April 2004 00:11 Halladale share and stock offer to raise GBP15.3m HALLADALE, a UK property trading and development company, is raising GBP15.3 million with a placing and open offer of
GBP10 million worth of shares at 70p each and GBP5 million of convertible loan stock. Half the capital-raising is being
taken by Moscow Narodny Bank, a British bank majority owned by the Central Bank of the Russian Federation, leaving it
with a 13.45% stake in the company.
