Shops in Russia`s Far East offer goods with hemp leaf prints
A batch of T-shirts with a hemp leaf printed on them has been seized from a shop in Vladivostok. The caption under the print says: Open the World With Marijuana. The Federal Service of Drugs Trade Control says this is drugs advertising which is banned in Russia. Furthermore, the service claims that this is a planned PR-trick on the part of drug traffickers. The T-shirts seized from the shop will be shown in court as evidence. The shop owners are denying the accusations, while the drugs trade control service employees have been paying attention to other consumer goods with a hemp leaf printed on the label. This is the vodka Cannabis, with hemp seeds lying at the bottom of the bottle. [Video shows T-shirts with prints, saying: God made Grass, Man Made Booze, Who do you trust? We trust both; Cannabis vodka, a drugs trade control service official showing hemp seeds in a bottle.]
