RUSSIA: DUMA OFFICIAL ADVOCATES DEATH SENTENCE FOR TERRORISTS.
According to MosNews, Duma deputy speaker Lyubov Sliska (United Russia) has made a statement in favour of capital punishment for people found guilty of terrorism: "I believe that such crimes as terrorism should entail the death sentence."
