09 April 2004 22:55 Govt may acquire controlling stake in Gazprom MOSCOW. April 9 (Interfax) - The government may increase its interest in Gazprom to a controlling stake before the
gas monopoly's share market is liberalized, independent Gazprom board member Boris Fyodorov told the press in
Moscow on Friday.
"I think that in the next two months - before the shareholders meeting in June - they [the government] will
