New Russian deputy education and science minister appointed
Moscow, 9 April: Andrey Svinarenko has been appointed Russian deputy education and science minister, according to an instruction signed by Russian Prime Minister Mikhail Fradkov. Reporters learnt this at the government information department today. Earlier Svinarenko held the post of first deputy minister of industry, science and technology.
