Russian prime minister`s press officer appointed
Moscow, 25 March: The head of the Russian government staff, Dmitriy Kozak, has appointed Aleksandr Zharov as assistant to the Russian prime minister, reporters learnt at the government information department today. The department explained that Zharov would in fact be acting as the prime minister's press secretary. Until this appointment, Zharov was working as public relations assistant to the health minister, and as deputy manager and press secretary of the Health Ministry [now the Health and Social Development Ministry].
