Russian Q1 industrial output growth figured at 8% - Expert
MOSCOW. March 18 (Interfax) - Industrial production in Russia could expand 8% year-on-year in the first quarter of 2004, Deputy Industry and Science Minister Vladimir Fridlyanov told Interfax. "The most production growth is expected in machine-building and the chemicals industry, by preliminary estimates a respective 19% and 10.5% against the analogous period of 2003," Fridlyanov said.
