15 March 2004 05:04 Russia ups foreign trade surplus in Jan MOSCOW. March 15 (Interfax) - Russia's foreign trade surplus rose to $6.7 billion in January 2004, against $6.3
billion in January 2003, the Federal Customs Service said Monday.
Foreign trade turnover increased 10.9% year-on-year to $14.1 billion. Exports rose 9.5% to $10.4 billion and imports
