Young people wanted to know the best way to save and keep money, when the army reform is to be completed and how to resolve the housing problem. However, the main topic was financial support for students. Among other things, Vladimir Putin said that from 1st September foundation stipends in the budgets of higher educational establishments will go up five-fold. In addition, already in the very near future several thousand young scientists, above all those working in the defence sector, will receive state grants.
