St. Petersburg Unipak Baltica to boost stock capital 96 fold to 124.3 mln rbl.
St. Petersburg Unipak Baltica is intending to boost stock capital 96 fold from 1.3 mln rbl to 124.3 mln rbl by releasing additional stocks. The FSC said Feb. 25 it registered the issue of 123,000 additional common stocks with 1,000 rbl par each and worth 123 mln rbl total.

The stocks will be placed by close offer.
