04 February 2004 23:24 Federal surplus grows to 316.1 bln rubles in 11 mths (Part 3) MOSCOW. Feb 4 (Interfax) - Russia's federal budget surplus was 316.1 billion rubles in January-November 2003,
compared with 203.4 billion rubles in the same period of 2002, the State Statistics Committee said.
Federal revenues were up from 1.991 trillion rubles to 2.342 trillion rubles. Tax revenues increased from 1.535
trillion rubles to 1.846 trillion rubles.
Federal budget expenditures increased from 1.788 trillion rubles to 2.26 trillion rubles.
The consolidated budget surplus was 342.7 billion rubles against 233.7 billion rubles in the first 11 months of 2002,
the committee said.
Consolidated revenues were up from 3.165 trillion rubles to 3.727 trillion rubles, including tax revenues, which rose
from 2.523 trillion rubles to 3.37 trillion rubles.
Consolidated budget expenditures increased from 2.931 trillion rubles in January-November 2002 to 3.384 trillion
