Federal surplus grows to 316.1 bln rubles in 11 mths (Part 2)
MOSCOW. Feb 4 (Interfax) - Russia's federal budget surplus was 316.1 billion rubles in January-November 2003, compared with 203.4 billion rubles in the same period of 2002, the State Statistics Committee said.
