IMF, World Bank to help Iraq after govt formed - World Bank
MOSCOW. Jan 21 (Interfax) - The International Monetary Fund and the World Bank will provide financial aid to Iraq only after an official Iraqi government has been formed, World Bank President James Wolfensohn told a news conference on the results of his two-day working visit to Moscow on Wednesday.
