Unemployment may turn into serious problem for Russia - PM
MOSCOW. Jan 16 (Interfax) - Unemployment is likely to turn into a serious problem for Russia soon, Prime Minister
Mikhail Kasyanov told the State Duma on Friday.
"Industrial enterprises have become more effective and labor productivity has increased, all of which is causing
the release of the workforce and growth in unemployment," he said.
He said the government would pay special attention to employment
programs for young citizens and to programs to create jobs in the
