ATCO Europe Ltd. Awarded ISO Quality Management Certification ATCO Secures Major Projects Worldwide
CALGARY, Nov. 28 /CNW/ - The European division of ATCO Structures, with recently awarded manufacturing contracts exceeding $13 million CDN, announced that it has achieved ISO (International Organization for Standardization) 9001:1994 certification in its Budapest, Hungary facility. Current ATCO Europe projects include four 44-person accommodation camps for a Russian oil company and a 98-person pioneer camp (providing accommodation for the first workers to arrive on-site) including offices, a medical complex and site services for Algeria's large-scale In Amenas natural gas project. "Ten years after pioneering the construction of rugged factory-built structures in Eastern Europe, ATCO continues to be the industry leader in the supply of high quality workforce accommodations to remote and local locations worldwide," said Walter Kmet, President and Chief Executive Officer, ATCO Structures Inc.
