Central Bank registers Guta Bank share issue MOSCOW. Dec 19 (Interfax) - The Russian Central Bank has registered an additional share issue by Guta Bank amounting
to 805 million rubles, which will increase the bank's charter capital to 3.36 billion rubles.
The credit organization said in an official statement that the additional issue will be placed by closed subscription
at the nominal price of 1,000 rubles.
Babayevsky Confectionery Concern, Moscow Confectionery Plant Krasny Oktyabr, Rot Front and Orlikov-5 will participate
in the closed subscription.
Guta Bank is part of Guta Group, along with Tver Bank, Lipetsk Regional Bank and Sverdlovsky Gubernsky Bank. Other
participants include Guta-Insurance and its subsidiaries - the management company United Confectioneries, the
confectionery plants Rot Front, Krasny Oktyabr, Babayevsky and 14 regional confectionery plants, the management
companies Guta Les and Guta Textile and their subsidiaries Guta Estate and the travel agency Inna Tour.
Guta Bank was in 21th place in terms of its assets in the Interfax- 100 rating at the end of the third quarter. [RU
