Raiffeisen organizes $21 mln loan for KMB Bank
MOSCOW. Dec 19 (Interfax) - Austria's Raiffeisen banking group has arranged a syndicated credit of $21 million for Russia's Small Business Credit Bank (KMB Bank). Bank of Moscow acted as loan organizer. The credit is 40% higher than the original amount. The syndicate also included Banco Nacional Ultramarino S.A., Garantibank - Moscow and Garantibank International N.V. as co- Raiffeisenbank Austria, the group's Moscow branch, said the funds would be released in two tranches in rubles and U.S. dollars. The ruble tranche would be the first international syndication in the Russian currency. The funds are repayable in one year with a possible extension and will be used to finance the on-going development of small and medium businesses. organizers.
