Russia expects to keep enlarged EU uranium market share
MOSCOW. Dec 5 (Interfax) - Russia expects to preserve its 25%- share of an enlarged European Union's uranium
market.
"We won't be pushing for a higher share, we will just want to safeguard what we have, and to avoid
quotas," Valery Govorukhin, a deputy atomic energy minister, said.
Officials from the Russian Ministry of Economic Development and Trade and from Brussels are discussing the issue now,
