2003, or 1.3% of predicted GDP for the period, according to preliminary figures, the Finance Ministry told Interfax on
Thursday.
Revenue totaled 2.34 trillion rubles, or 91.4% of the annual target, and spending was 2.19 trillion rubles, or 90.7%
of the target for the year.
Early figures put the primary surplus at 356.6 billion rubles, or 3% of predicted GDP for the eleven months.
