Kasyanov says small businesses must play key role in privatization
MOSCOW. Nov 27 (Interfax) - Small and medium businesses must play a key role in privatizing state property, Russian
Prime Minister Mikhail Kasyanov said while opening a Cabinet meeting on Thursday.
"We must sell in an open and transparent way state property that the state does not need and must make that
