UES to disclose the deal amount to buy Georgian energy assets in 9-month IAS.
UES will disclose the deal amount to buy Georgian energy assets in a 9-month report under IAS. Confidentiality agreement expires on Nov. 30, according to Leonid Melamed, deputy chairman of UES Board.

As informed, one of UES companies bought from AES a number of Georgian energy assets, including 75% Telasi Nuclear Plant, 100% Mtkvari Nuclear Plant, 50% Transenergy Nuclear Plant as well as the rights to manage 2 hydroelectric plants. So UES has acquired control over 20% generation assets of Georgia, may deliver electric energy to 35% Georgian consumers and widen electric energy export to Turkey.
