Putin signs mortgage securities bill
Moscow, 14 November 14: Russian President Vladimir Putin has signed a bill on mortgage securities, the
President's press service reported on Friday [14 November]. The bill will become law after official publication.
However, it was not clear when it could happen. [Passage omitted.]
Russia's State Duma, the lower chamber of parliament, passed the bill on 14 October, and the Federation Council,
the upper chamber, approved it on 29 October. [Passage omitted.]
