12 November 2003 21:27 November consumer prices could rise 1.1% MOSCOW. Nov 12 (Interfax) - Consumer prices could rise 1.1% in November, a deputy economy minister said.
"I think we'll see inflation of 1.1%, give or take 0.1%," Arkady Dvorkovich told reporters.
Inflation was 1% in October and 9.7% in January-October.
Dvorkovich also said the government's year-end inflation forecast of 12% still stood, "but there is a risk
