Russia - Vimpelcom has 10 mil subscribers
Vimpelcom (Russia), mobile phone operator, said that it had roughly doubled its client base to 10 mil users since
start-2003. Vimpelcom has bolstered its leadership in Moscow, Russia, and is expanding in the country's regions,
said Alexander Izosimov, company CEO. The company currently has around 5.3 mil customers in Moscow and the surrounding
area, and 4.7 mil customers in regional networks.
