Putin refuses to discuss YUKOS with Russia`s business leaders
Russian President Vladimir Putin said on Monday he would not discuss the arrest of oil magnate Mikhail Khodorkovsky with big business leaders and appealed for calm in the affair, Interfax news agency said. "There will be no meetings and no bargaining over the activities of the law enforcement agencies as long as, of course, these agencies are acting within the framework of Russian law," Putin told members of the government.
