Yukos 1st Vice President Steven Theede to coordinate YukosSibneft operating activities after the arrest of Mikhail Khodorkovsky.

After Mikhail Khodorkovsky, board chairman with Yukos oil giant, has been arrested, Yukos EP President Yury Beilin is heading oil production division, Yukos RM Acting President Mikhail Brudno and Yukos RM Vice President Pyotr Zolotarev are controlling processing and sales divisions while Yukos 1st Vice President Steven Theede is coordinating operating activities. YukosSibneft said such management pattern had been sealed beforehand.

M. Khodorkovsky's arrest wouldn't significantly affect production activities of the company. Yukos is well aware of its responsibilities to the partners, holders, consumers and employees, the oil company said.
